ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the user wishing to benefit from the services provided by Varaka.

ARTICLE 3 – USER OBLIGATIONS

  • The user agrees that the information provided during registration is correct and complete.
  • The user is responsible for keeping their account and password secure. The user is liable for any damages caused by unauthorized use of their account.
  • The user agrees to use Varaka's services in compliance with the laws and this agreement.
  • The user cannot engage in behaviors such as misuse of services or harming the rights of others.

ARTICLE 4 – SERVICE PROVIDER OBLIGATIONS

  • Varaka commits to take the necessary measures to provide uninterrupted and secure services to the user.
  • Varaka commits to keeping the user's information confidential and not sharing it with third parties, except for legal obligations.
  • Varaka provides the necessary technical support for users to benefit from the services in the best possible way.

ARTICLE 5 – TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

The user can terminate this agreement by requesting account closure at any time. Varaka can suspend or terminate accounts due to the user's actions violating the agreement.

MADDE 6 – GİZLİLİK

Varaka, kullanıcıların kişisel verilerini korumak amacıyla gerekli tüm tedbirleri almayı ve Gizlilik Politikasına uygun şekilde işlemeyi taahhüt eder.

MADDE 7 – YETKİLİ MAHKEME

For any disputes arising from this agreement, the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
