This return and sales policy defines the general terms regarding the sale and return of products ordered by the Buyer through the electronic platform varaka.blueprint.com.tr, which belongs to the Seller.

• The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product to themselves or to the person/institution they have indicated.
• To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and its packaging must not be damaged.
• Returned products must be in their original packaging and complete.
• For return procedures, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing by registered mail, fax, or email.
• The return shipping cost will be borne by the Buyer.

• The seller will deliver the product within 30 days from the order confirmation at the latest.
• If the product is damaged during delivery, the buyer should contact the shipping company before accepting the product.
• The basic features and sales price of the products subject to sale are specified on varaka.blueprint.com.tr.
• The sales price includes VAT.
• Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

The buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood all the preliminary information regarding the basic features of the products, the sales price, the payment method, delivery, and the right of withdrawal, and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

In case of any dispute arising from this policy, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul are authorized.
